Today, our new brand identity for the European Beach Handball is released. Last year, we started our journey with the European Handball Federation (EHF) and EHF Marketing, and the results of our partnership are so far an overall identity system and visual identity for EHF, followed by individual identities for specific tournaments and divisions, such as EHF Champions League, EHF European League and now the European Beach Handball as well.

By referencing the sun and the sand, the new brand identity for EHF Beach Handball captures both the intensity of the game as well as the cool and fresh vibes of the beach.

Ole Jorstad, EHF Beach Commission Chairman, explains on the EHF website, that the new brand identity for beach handball plays close attention to the values and beliefs of the sport: fun, bold, competitive, captivating, modern and inclusive. He states: “With the ultimate goal of making beach handball an Olympic discipline, the creation of a new brand identity and beach DNA gives the discipline the perfect platform to go from strength to strength, in what is just the start in an exciting future beach handball’s exciting journey.”
