In the fall of 2023, Novo Holdings acquired Ellab and has since then sold a significant minority stake to The Lundbeck Foundation. Together, the new board and management team shall continue the impressive growth journey.

Ellab provides Validation- and Monitoring Solutions and Services used for measuring and documenting critical parameters such as temperature, pressure and carbon dioxide in mainly biotech and pharma processes. Ellab serves the top 20 biotech companies and the top 40 pharma companies globally, helping them ensure consumer safety and regulatory compliance while reducing time to market and the risk of product loss.
